Jocelyn also has a background in meditation research and therapeutic practice, which informs her sensitivity to the mind–body relationship and the role of stress in the body. She draws on her own intuitive nature to help foster hope and resilience, supporting patients to stay connected to themselves whilst navigating uncertainty.
She is particularly attuned to the impact that fertility struggles can have on identity, sense of self, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
She is also a specialist eating disorder psychotherapist, and at times this work intersects with her fertility practice, particularly when supporting individuals experiencing disordered eating or BMI issues alongside fertility challenges.
Her work is characterised by warmth, sensitivity, and a non-judgemental stance, creating a space where clients feel supported to navigate uncertainty, make informed decisions, and reconnect with a sense of agency throughout their fertility journey.
